About Rumbi
Rumbi is an experienced Social Worker and Expert Witness
Qualified since August 2014, Rumbi has built a strong foundation in social work practice, complemented by over 20 years of social care experience working vulnerable adults and children.
Throughout her social work career, Rumbi has completed a breadth of assessments, including Child and Family/Core Assessments; section 7 and 37 reports; viability assessments; comprehensive kinship assessments; and parenting and risk assessments including capacity to protect and capacity to change.
Rumbi has experience managing complex cases of children and families, demonstrating an ability to work to tight timeframes and deliver high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.
She is skilled in engaging children and young people, including undertaking direct work to determine their wishes and feelings and ensure the specific needs of each child are central to decision-making.
